1. Conditons for application
a. An enterprise name in accordance with the regulations of the Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau and the Articles of Association;
b. Definite technical field and business scope, legal patent and technical achievements;
c. Registered capital fitting the business scope. For a common company, the registed capital should be more than 100,000 yuan, including 100,000 yuan. As for a research institute, 100,000 yuan is enough.
d. A fixed business-running site and technical equipments.
e. Full-time technical personnel suiting the technical business scope, at least three technical personnel with secondary title.
2. Procedure:
a. Pre-approval of enterprise name.
b. Registration Application Form for Setting Up an Enterprise.
c. Application Paper for Newly Founded Private Technological Enterprise.
d. Fund-checking report.
e. The approving paper of the science committee.
f. Business license.
g. Make chops.
h. Enterprise code.
i. Tax registration.
3. Administration and service:
a. The Science Committee of the zone is in charge of the private technological enterprises in Laisha, responsible for giving instructions and services to the private technological enterprises in Laishan. It also supervises and administers the private technological enterprises, but it does not involve in their managing activities.
b. Each year, the Science Committee will censor the qualification of the private technological enterprises.
c. The Science Committee provides the private technological the following services:
1) Setting-up of a technological project;
2) Hi-tech enterprise ratification;
3) Achievement appraisal;
4) Achievement award report;
5) Technical contract registration;
6) Patent consultation.
