Binhai Industrial Park was established in March of 2000, with the approval of the Administration Committee of the Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone. According to the layout, the park covers 2,000,000 square meters. The finished workshop area is 40,000 square meters and the workshop under construction is 14,800 square meters.The investment totals 60,000,000 yuan.

While building standard workshops, Binhai Industrial Park has been increasing investment on infrastructur to creat a good environment. The park boasts adequate water and power supply, advanced communication network, and the internet can be connected at any time. Yanwei(Yanti to Weihai) Highway, Zhenba Expressway and Zhenda Expressway run through the park from south to north. It is 10 kilometers from Yantai Port and Yantai Railway Station, and only 5 kilometers from Yantai Airport. Yantai Port can handle goods of more than 16,000,000 tons and there are cargo ships to over ports in 70 countries. The regular container transportation business has been established with Japan, America, Canada, Korea, Hongkong and Singapore.
